Validate extension XML files before building to catch errors early.

When to use

• After modifying DataProcessor XML, Form.xml, or Configuration.xml
• Before running python3 /netfolder-51/CMSCH/Extensions/build_cfe.py
• When ibcmd import fails with errors

Key rules

• Extension attributes: only Number, xs:string, xs:decimal (NO CatalogRef unless borrowed)
• UUIDs must be unique across entire XML
• Button/Command/Attribute IDs can overlap between sections, NOT within same section
• ConfigDumpInfo metadata must match all objects
